Welcome to St. Josephs Townhouse Association
SJTHA is a 75 member strong homeowners association created in 1981. Located on the west side of Albuquerque, New Mexico, beginning at the intersection of St. Josephs Avenue and Ladera Drive Northwest, SJTHA is one of the first homeowners associations in this part of Albuquerque. SJTHA has worked extensively with the City of Albuquerque to ensure its’ members have access to a myriad of outdoor activities and facilities for their enjoyment. SJTHA abuts the Ladera Golf Course – the only public golf course on the westside of Albuquerque, the Petroglyph National Monument and its associated hiking trails, and the Unser Boulevard/Mariposa biking trail.

SJTHA has also worked with the City, adjoining HOAs, and neighborhood associations to beautify the neighborhood. SJTHA has benefited from the installation of City artwork, Ladera Drive median beautification, and continuing upgrades to the Ladera Golf Course. SJTHA is an active member driven association striving for continual improvement and beautification of our City environment.
